Rammstein announce first North American tour in a decade

The only thing more rare than a Jeff Mangum performance? Try Rammstein U.S tour dates. So perhaps it’s only appropriate that on the day that the former Netural Milk Hotel frontman once again emerged from his reclusive shell, the German metal titans have announced plans for their first North American tour in a decade.
On the heels of their sold-out show at Madison Square Garden, which marked the band’s first U.S. performance in 10 years, Rammstein have announced nine additional dates for this May. “We have waited 10 long years for the perfect opportunity to bring our full show to North America. The time is now and we are excited to share this with our fans who have waited for so long,” said guitarist Richard Z. Kruspe in an issued statement.
Set to launch May 5th in E. Rutherford, NJ, the trek will then see Rammstein play three dates in Canada, two in California, and one-offs in Chicago and Seattle before concluding May 21st in Las Vegas. You can find the exact specifics below.
Tickets for tour, produced by Live Nation, will go on sale to the general public Friday, February 25th and Saturday, February 26th.
