German metal legends Rammstein have announced a short North American tour for this coming May, kicking off right here at the Meadowland's Izod Center.
The band played a single show at Madison Square Garden last December, their first concert in a decade on US soil, to tremendous acclaim. The show sold out in minutes, and with every other performance on this new tour hundreds, if not thousands of miles away, the Izod show is likely to sell out just as fast.
Attendees at the MSG show were blown away by the band's famed pyrotechinics-filled set and over-the-top stage show, as well as a spectacular setlist. Many considered it a once-in-a-decade opportunity to catch the group, so the newly announced dates, including the Izod show on Thursday, May 5th, are a second chance for those who weren't able to get tickets for December's show.
Tickets go on sale next Saturday, February 26th, at 10am sharp. Like last time, there will be no presales, so anyone not signed into Ticketmaster by then is risking another sell-out.
