Song "Amour" is part of the soundtrack of German film
Again, Rammstein was included as the soundtrack of a movie. In this case, will be in German "Same same but different" to be released in Europe on 21 January 2010. The movie seems to be quite interesting and I hope to come out on DVD here. This is a young German traveler - typical backpacker - who falls for a girl prostitute seropositive of Cambodia, a drama based on a true story. Nothing more appropriate that Amour - eleventh track on the album Reise, Reise - to integrate the soundtrack of this drama.

"Ich tu dir weh" you hurt me too ...
As with video clips of Mann gegen Mann, Pussy, Jonas Åkerlund was the director shooting the ITDW, being creative and wise to turn simple ideas into something spectacular, like the spectacle of prestige in this clip. Who could imagine that a taboo subject, sadomasochism, could turn poetry and music of good quality?
Enjoy it, then the sextet in ITDW and see Till Lindemann singing with a dildo in hand, he was electrocuted Flake, Richard kick left and right, and Paul, Oliver Schneider and give a show!

Rammstein frontman pierced his cheek for new video
Rammstein frontman Till Lindermann pierced his cheek for the sole purpose of running a cable through the hole to add LED lighting in his mouth for the band's new video. Band members advised Till they could hide the wires by shooting from various angles, but Till was determined to do it right. While shooting the video for "Ich Tu Dir Weh", there were some difficulties with the piercing while no cable was used and the piercing fell out and healed the hole within a matter of hours. With no cheek hole to run the wires through, lighting was used to shadow half the face to bring the wire in through the mouth. Rammstein's Ich Tu Dir Weh video to be released Monday
"Ich Tu Dir Weh" is the ultimate distillation of a RAMMSTEIN concert into five minutes. As with the preceding video "Pussy," Jonas Åkerlund stands at the helm as director, and for "Ich Tu Dir Weh," he captures the show on the band's "rehearsal stage" in 35mm. A full-bodied format to do filmic justice to RAMMSTEIN's own brand of "widescreen" staging.
The plan was simple. Åkerlund uses the language of grand cinema, RAMMSTEIN delivers the rest: the theatre, the flesh, the frenzy. The result is formidable. "Ich Tu Dir Weh" shows the band at its purest and most concentrated. A beast, only awakened to life onstage under the spell of fire and a maddening roar. On December 21st, 2009 at 1pm CET (7am EST), "Ich Tu Dir Weh" celebrates its premiere at visit-x/rammstein.

Flake’s replacement suffered an accident
As you already know from our news, Flake was replaced by Alf Ator. The reason was that Flake had some health problems, probably a throat infection. Now it seems Rammstein keyboardist are somehow cursed. On the way to Rostock concert, Alf Ator had an accident and totaled his car on the highway. The good news is, that Alf is unhurt, only his BMW is “scratched a bit”. Please change the tires already, winter is coming!
Festival to Bring Legendary Hard Rock Bands to Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey
17 December 2009 | Legendary hard rock bands, including Iron Maiden, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax will be among the bands taking part in next summer’s travelling Sonisphere Festival, which has scheduled stops in several cities in the Balkans.
The current line-up of the festival, which kicks off in Knebworth, UK, on July 30, 2010, also includes Rammstein, Mötley Crüe, Alice Cooper, Iggy and the Stoogies, and the Cult, and – according to its official website, more bands will be added.
The Balkans stops of the travelling festival inlclude: Sofia on June 22 – 23, Athens on June 24, Bucharest and Istanbul on June 25-27.
The exact line-up of each of the festival performances has not be announced yet.
Speaking to international media, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine called the forthcoming jaunt "a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for heavy metal fans to see the four greatest heavy metal bands in American history back together on one stage."
Rammstein confirmed for Bilbao BBK Live Festival 2010
German band Rammstein will be present at Bilbao BBK Live 2010, the festival staff said on Thursday, when the first 95 euros bonus tickets --which are to hold that price only until 25th January-- have been put on sale.
Rammstein were formed in 1994 by an assembly of factory-weary proletarians raised in East Germany. Transcending any perceived language barrier, the 6 member band has sold 12 million albums worldwide.
The German have also offered the most spectacular live performances of the noughties. In fact, tickets for their latest Spanish tour were sold out. Apart from Madrid and Barcelona, they also visited Bilbao Exhibition Centre (November 14th, 2009).
Latest album by Rammsteim, Liebe ist für alle da, which means Love is there for everyone, was accused of expressing 'sadism and sexual masochism' and being 'harmful to children and young people'. Therefore, the German Federal Office banned the sale of the album on November 11. Anyway, Pussy, the first single, hit European and US charts.
The video for Pussy was released 2 days before the single on the adult website Visit-x. It features explicit scene of male and female nudity as well as the band members (and their body doubles) engaging in sexual activity with women.12.16.2009

Rammstein keyboardist Flake hospitalized
Rammstein Keyboardist, Flake, was not at the show in Copenhagen, Denmark last night. At the start of the show, frontman Till Lindemann made the announcement “Ladies and Gentlemen, Due to a severe infection, our keyboard player Flake Lorenz was taken yesterday to the hospital. We did not want to cancel this concert and have brought in a substitute; a warm round of applause for Alf Atorthat (Knorkator keyboardist).”
It is unclear at this time how many more shows Flake might miss due to his illness, but he is reportedly already out and doing better. People in attendance have confirmed that the band didn’t walk Alf like a dog or make him use the treadmill.Rammstein keyboardist taken to the hospital

New Rammstein video to debut this week
Rammstein will release it's new music video, Ich Tu Dir Weh this week, and it is heavily rumored to debut tomorrow. The single CD and download will not be available until the end of January. As of now, it is not known what additional song(s) will be on the single, but this it expected to be firmed up soon.
Two teasers for the video have already been leaked and can be viewed below.
Rammstein released its' long awaited and highly acclaimed album, Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da in October via a partnership with Vagrant Records and Universal Records. The album debuted at #13 on Billboard's top 200.

CD review: Liebe ist für alle da - Rammstein
If there was an award for 2009's most offensive cover art, German art-metallers Rammstein would win it easily.
Liebe ist für alle da - it stands for "Love is there for everyone" - comes with a photo spread showing front man Till Lindemann setting himself to cut a girl's arm off with a meat cleaver. Things get even worse inside, with snaps of what appears to be an orgy and other sexually depraved acts.
And for mad keen fans who want to splash out on the boxset edition of Rammstein's sixth album, it comes complete with life-size replicas of each band members' member. Hmm.
So it's no surprise to discover the album has caused controversy, with a censored CD being released in Germany and the song Ich Tu Dir Weh ("I Hurt You") being banned from live performances. For a band that provided the highlight of the 2001 Big Day Out, that has to be a downer.
You could say all of this has overtaken the band's music, especially when the x-rated video for first single P***y - "I can't get laid in Germany" are among the mostly unprintable lyrics - was released on an adult entertainment website.
But the band displays plenty of musical muscle on songs like the pounding Wiener Blut, the brutal grind of B******** and the death growls and double kick drums of Waidmanns Heil.
And if you don't speak German it's even harder to understand what Lindemann is banging on about as he slips into English even less frequently than on any of the band's previous albums.
It can make for a devilishly evil listening experience, but closing balled Roster Sand comes complete with whistling and all but comfirms these mad Germans are taking the piss.
Watch out, because their next album will probably come with bottles of it just to prove their point.

Outside aired on Facebook Official Rammstein that the performance of "Ich tu dir weh," which has been made during the tour the band is banned in all of Germany and excluded from the setlist of the shows, as the following quote:
Von heute wird auch an die Instrumental Version von "Ich tue dir weh" * in Deutschland nicht länger aufgeführt, da der Zugang zu den Konzerten Personen unter 18 Jahren nicht gestattet Andernfalls wäre.
"From now on, even the instrumental version of Ich tue dir weh appears in Germany, it would not be allowed, otherwise the entry of persons under 18 years."
(*) For more curious, that (tue) is not a mistake. It turns out that only the word "tun" is not in its contracted form "tu" [ich tu (e)].

Fanstein, end of semester at the Uni for some of the school year for other continuous or just routine work for most people of our country. The point is that, as a rule, in December means VACATION. And after a brief season without major news of the band, except that Till Lindemann contracted a bad cold around day 03/12 - was it the "fever"? - Apparently contaminating the entire band, causing partial loss of their natural speech, ie, he was hoarse. They had a son named Emil and divorced in 1987. Still, preferred to keep its current name. He also had a daughter later, the result of another relationship. Moved Flake's house after his divorce with Nikki for a long time. He developed a strong personality because of jokes about his height (current: 1.69 m) and therefore is very humorous - good humor helped him overcome childhood nicknames.

December 4th, 2009 RAMMSTEIN-SHOW IN LUXEMBOURG HAS TO BE POSTPONED!
Aufgrund stimmlicher probleme von sänger Till Lindemann muss das Rammstein-konzert am 4.12.2009 in der Rockhal in Luxemburg leider verschoben werden. Ersatztermin für das ausgefallene konzert ist der 31.1.2010. Bereits gekaufte karten bahalten ihre Gültigkeit.
Due to vocal problems of singer Till Lindemann, the Rammstein show of 4th december 2009 at the Rockhal in Luxembourg has to be postponed. The show will go ahead on 31st January 2010. All tickets sold will of course remain valid for the new date.
